Pam Small join the firm as a Staff Solicitor in February 2010.
Pam grew up in urban Eltham and attended Stratford High School. Pam has amassed several careers thus far, commencing as a PA in the energy industry during the 1980's "Think Big" projects, followed by a period as a qualified tram driver in Melbourne.
During an interlude as a stay-at-home mum, Pam qualified as an Aerobics Instructor, eventually owning and operating her own Les Mills franchise in Inglewood. Once Pam's children were older, she returned to the workforce and 'discovered Law'. She spent many years working in Taranaki law firms in various capacities, from Secretary and Word Processor to Registered Legal Executive.
After Pam's children left home, she attended Waikato University as a mature student, graduating LLB in 2009 and joining Welsh McCarthy in February 2010. Her practice is general, but with a family law focus.
Pam is married to Graeme, who has a joinery business in Inglewood. Together, they have two grown sons.
Pam's outside interests revolve around supporting her family. She also loves gardening and attending the gym (sporadically), and anything to do with arts and craft or sports.
